Don't Sweat the Technique
Eric B & Rakim: Don't Sweat the Technique
Hell-raiser, Heaven-reacher-for'er, writer
As an advertising copywriter and a brand consultant, I helped launch Aleve, Ford Focus and the Rock + Roll Hall of Fame. I also paired Absolut with RedBull. Worked on Bank of America, Cingular Wireless, Coca-Cola, Mercedes Benz, Radio Shack, SBC, the William Wrigley Co., Lowe's, etc.
I helped build a lot brands. Helped some get rich. I made most so comfortable working with black people they forgot I was black—until they needed to remind me.
In November 2005 I dropped KNOCK THE HUSTLE: How to save Your Job and Your Life from Corporate America...
It's been all downhill ever since.
Culture, Christ, Cool music ranging (from Cross Movement Records, Reach records, Quannum projects to rakim... i'm pretty open actually. surprise me.)
