I've written about him a number of times in the past because his work just pushes you to think about everything you believe in. Truly. It's rare that you can say that about an emcee, but if it's ever applied to anyone, it's Shai. The guy's whip-smart, humble and has serious flow. I note the "humble" angle because I think it requires a vast amount of humility to submit to concepts the way he does. He never mentions himself anymore than necessary. very line, every bar, almost every breath is about pushing the concept forward...
